What to build

When the Room no longer exists on the server (evicted after its TTL, or lost to a server sleep or redeploy), the Player is not left on a frozen board. A blocking modal says "This room has closed", with [Back home] and [New game]. The board stays visible behind it.

Two sources raise it: the change stream's ROOM_NOT_FOUND refusal, which today stops following silently, and any write (Move, Offer, Resignation…) refused with ROOM_NOT_FOUND, which today only shows a toast.

Copy goes into the i18n catalogue from #242.

Seam: RoomView through the room harness and MSW (view tests).

Acceptance criteria

A ROOM_NOT_FOUND on the change stream opens the modal.
A write refused with ROOM_NOT_FOUND opens the modal instead of only toasting.
The modal cannot be dismissed; Back home goes to /, New game creates a new Room.
Other refusals keep their current toast.
A Room gone while the stream was down opens the modal on the next write.
