What to build

Pages that use the width on every screen size, before any Puzzles screen changes.

PageFrame is centred and widened to 80 rem, keeping its padding. My games, the profile, the account and the Puzzle History follow with no other change.
On GameScreen, the board's upper bound at lg rises from 40 rem to 56 rem. It stays bound by the window height, as today. The frame widens from 68 rem to 80 rem, so the board and the 19 rem rail still sit side by side. This applies to Local, Room and Game review.

Covers stories 37, and 38 and 39 for the pages that exist today. See the spec's layout audit for the measured gaps this closes.

Seam: E2E — apps/e2e/tests/puzzles.spec.ts, its 1920×1080 check (here: the Local board is at least 800 px tall, and My games' main column is centred within 1 px)

Acceptance criteria

At 1280 and 1920 px, PageFrame pages are centred in the space beside the sidebar and at most 80 rem wide
At 1920×1080, the board on Local, a Room and a Game review is at least 800 px tall, with the rail still beside it
At 1280×800 and 390×844, GameScreen pages look as they do today (the board stays height-bound)
The e2e 1920×1080 check passes for Local and My games
Browser check at 390, 1280 and 1920 px of My games, the profile, the account, the History, Local, a Room and a Game review, with screenshots in the merge request
