What to build

A week after the switch, GitLab's memory and disk go back to CI: its container, data volumes and images are removed from the CI VPS, and so is the gitlab.core-project.space redirect once nothing depends on it. The one-off GitLab backup is kept a month after the switch, then deleted. Done on Forgejo, where this ticket lives once imported.

Seam: the switch-day checklist (spec ## Seams).

Acceptance criteria

  • No GitLab container, volume or image remains on the CI VPS.
  • The GitLab backup exists until a month after the switch, then is deleted.
  • The checklist's last steps are ticked with their check command's output.
