What to build

The room rail's status becomes a block with a fixed height and two levels:

Headline: a dot of the Color to move, then the Turn or the result.
Detail line: always reserved, even when empty. It holds check, opponent presence (current wording kept until the presence ticket) and the Player's own pending Offer text.

Seated Players read seat-relative wording everywhere: "Your move", "Your opponent's move", "You're in check", "You resigned", "Your opponent resigned", "Checkmate, you win", "Checkmate, you lose", draws by their reason. Spectators keep Color wording. A creator alone in the Room reads "Waiting for an opponent" instead of a Turn.

Copy goes into the i18n catalogue from #242.

Seam: RoomView through the room harness and MSW (view tests).

Acceptance criteria

The headline shows the Turn with a Color dot; a result replaces it once the Game is over.
Check, presence and the pending Offer appear on the detail line and never hide the Turn.
The block's height is the same whatever it says (detail line reserved when empty).
Every terminal outcome reads relative to a seated Player, and in Colors for a Spectator.
A Room with the other Seat empty shows "Waiting for an opponent".
Live-region urgency is unchanged: results and check are assertive.
