What to build

Render goes away: one hosting setup remains. render.yaml is removed, the README's Deploy section describes the VPS (production URL, previews per PR, the five-preview cap, Rooms lost on redeploy), and every other mention of Render in the docs is updated.

Owner step: delete the Render services once this merges.

Seam: none (documentation and config)

Acceptance criteria

render.yaml is gone
The README's Deploy section describes the VPS setup and links the new ADR
No doc outside superseded ADRs still says production runs on Render
The gate is green
