Problem

The account data export lists an Account's data, but since #440 an Account also has a Puzzle rating and Attempts (its Puzzle History), and the export leaves them out. Deletion already covers them (story 47 of #440, tested).

What to build

The export carries the Account's Puzzle rating (rating, deviation, volatility, updated at) and every Attempt (Puzzle id, state, rating before, rating change, served at, resolved at, last replayed at), in the export's existing shape.

Acceptance criteria

An Account with a Puzzle rating and Attempts finds them in its export; an Account with none finds an empty section, not an error.
Another Account's Puzzle data never appears.
Tested through the API's RPC contract, as rpc-account-data.integration.test.ts does.
The gate is green (CONTRIBUTING.md, "The five commands").
