What to build

The agent is still woken when its pull request's run fails, a review thread opens or a conflict appears. The gitlab-mr plugin becomes a forgejo-pr plugin, and scripts/mr-status.sh becomes scripts/pr-status.sh, both on tea. The status script prints a pull request's merge state and conflicts, its run's jobs with the log tail of each failed one, and its unresolved threads.

Seam: the forgejo-pr plugin's tests, ported from the gitlab-mr band tests with tea faked as glab is today (spec ## Seams).

Acceptance criteria

Every behaviour the gitlab-mr band tests cover has a ported test that passes against a faked tea.
A tea failure is drawn dimmed, as a glab failure is today.
The plugin follows a pull request that tea pulls create just opened.
pr-status.sh reports a pull request ready only when it is mergeable, its run succeeded and no thread is open.
The gitlab-mr plugin and mr-status.sh are removed.
